Ansh Sachdeva, a former student politician and activist, is a renowned public speaker and podcast producer. He made history as the first Indian to be elected President of the Students' Union at Bolton University. Ansh has been featured on various international and national media outlets such as BBC, ITV, NY Times, and Sky News.
In recognition of his contribution to education and child services, Ansh Sachdeva was nominated by the Department of Education to the Royal Garden Party at Buckingham Palace in 2023. He has also served as a former member of the Governing Body at the University of Bolton and as a Trustee for the Bolton Students' Union.
Ansh Sachdeva has shown immense dedication to supporting students in need. In November 2019, he raised funds and provided support to students affected by a fire in a student accommodation, collaborating with Prime Ministers, Members of Parliament, Mayors, councils, and charities. His efforts were recognized with the Chief Fire Officer's Award of Outstanding Performance by Greater Manchester Fire Services in February 2020.
Ansh Sachdeva has been actively involved in promoting public health initiatives. In 2021, he worked with Bolton Council to encourage young people to get vaccinated and support the national effort against Covid-19. He has represented the concerns of students and young people on national television during the pandemic.
